Starting with only three vehicles in a small garage, the founders prioritized personalized service, competitive pricing, and building trust with their customers. By catering to travelers arriving at Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport, as well as local residents in need of short-term and long-term rentals, the company began to earn a reputation for reliability and professionalism.

Growth and Milestones

Between 2018 and 2020, City Car Rentals Ltd steadily grew its fleet and customer base. Through word-of-mouth referrals and partnerships with local hotels, tour operators, and travel agencies, the company gained a foothold in Montego Bay's competitive car rental market. By 2020, the fleet had expanded to 15 vehicles, ranging from economy cars for budget-conscious travelers to SUVs for families and adventure seekers.

Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic in 2020, City Car Rentals Ltd adapted to changing circumstances. With an increased focus on health, safety, and sanitation protocols, the company reassured customers by offering contactless pick-up and drop-off services and rigorous vehicle cleaning standards.
